Bet you guys could guess who it is. Really make me regret ever going to them in the first place. Heres the story

I go in before christmas to get my tuner and cai package ended up buyin the cai from greg and i love it and bought the tuner from THEM. I go in and say i want the xcal2 with your tunes they said they don't have the xcal2 anymore but they have the xcal3 so i bought the xcal3 and 2 tunes for 500. sounded fair to me

I take the car in the next day they said pick it up at 4 and it will be ready i go at 4 its ready but they gave me the strategy flash tuner not the xcal3 no big deal but i was told i was gettin the xcal3 and they told me if it was a problem they would switch it out no problem just let them know so i said well yea id like to have wht i was told i was gettin they said give them awhile to slow down after christmas and they would get me squared away..ive gone in several times and they have been nothing but ****s about it...am i doing something wrong here did i handle this the wrong way or what???

If i owned a shop i wouldn't be a **** to anyone cause of there age and i think thats what it is honestly... who knows im a little angry at the moment

 

If I were you, I'd take their tune off the car and demand a refund. Then order a tuner from Brenspeed or Bama.

Dude take that overpriced thing that you got taken for and tell them you want your money back or your going to report them to the BBB then do it anyway even if they give you your money back or get you the correct item. For one 500 bucks is about 200 dollars more than what it should have cost you to begin with. Oh and go to www.tulsa.tv and do a real nasty write up and see if that gets you anywhere. Oh and never and I mean NEVER go back there again for anything.

 

Yea their real rude up at car FX. When Will found out i had 4.10s in my car he asked who put them in? I guess it never crossed his mind that other people here in town can actually do stuff on their OWN car not just him and his family.

 

Let's put it this way.... He wanted to sponsor the club. We never persued it.

 

Yeah just so eveyone knows the club and it's members are more than capable of doing ANY mod that you may have in mind including engine builds.

Ryan take that Crap back!! Its a Stategy Flasher because it already came with tunes.... CANNED TUNES...CarFX does not do their own tunes..they are SCT tunes. They say Steeda tunes...but come on....I have never seen any tunes made by steeda!

$500 HOLY CRAP you were seriously scre wed! Take it back and get a refund and order from the 2 places we told you to order in the first place! We are just talking out of our A$$'s weve dealt with the same things we have already dealt with...learn from our mistakes and take our advice...brenspeed or bama can get you a tuner and tunes

Did Will get a dyno yet? All sct tuners are 379.00 some places will give you there custom tunes that they have created with the purchase of a tuner. I dont know what he will do on giving your money back. The SF that you have can be erased and new custom tunes installed on it.
