I just got back from having Benji install my 3.73s and Spydershaft - of course, the current weather is not ideal conditions to test the new drivetrain, but I can definitely feel a little more punch off the line now. Enjoyed getting to meet Benji; he knows his car stuff.

Ok just back from the Dyno session for Tony at Curtis' shop. I have to say that I was impressed with the overall operation. I believe that Curtis is good at what he does. My only concern is the placement of the a/f monitor in the tailpipe rather than in a bung closer to the motor. That being said, the Dynapack instrument was interesting. It looks like as long as you use his shop and variables the tuning should be good. The Dynapack does allow you to introduce a load on the car that seems to duplicate real world scenerios. The Hennesey tune and the Brenspeed tune were lean according to the numbers produced. Both were in the 13.2-13.8 range which is too lean. Curtis adjusted the ratio and made a new tune which produced a bit more power peaking at 277 I think Torque was just under 300 lb ft.

I watched Tony's dyno tune this morning, also - I too was impressed with the Dynopack. I'd trust it, especially with Kurtis's knowledge in using it and in tuning cars in general. Jeremy was there; and yes, we did see Jeff's car there. We should have tp'd Jeff's car after he left, David. Kurtis was also kind enough to update my tune to reflect the new 3.73 gears.

Good to hear!!! How close is jeffs car to being finished? Id like to see it lift the front tires off the ground before it gets icy outside hehe

Mine's a Parrot CK3100 - http://www.parrot.com/usa/products/ck3100-lcd. It's the little screen right above the AVIC in my car. You can hook up a Pioneer Bluetooth adapter (http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pn...908320,00.html) to your D3 though, Jarrod, and hide it behind the dash - all your caller ID info., etc. will display on your D3's screen and you won't have any additional screens to mount. I think your contact info will display right on the screen of your D3, but I've never used one of those adapters so I can't say for certain.

I wouldn't trust it. Did anyone notice the timing belt going on. No degree of the cams or anything.
