Where is that?

Can you guys tell me where is that Transmission fluid filler plug as on picture below. I am looking for that but nothing - can not locate it.
The picture showing its location would be nice.

Additionally the service book says to change the manual transmission fluid at 60K miles. When are you change it? Waiting 60K or you changing that before 60K? If yes when would you recommend to do that?

The filler is on the side (passenger side if I recall correctly) of the transmission near the middle. I was able to snake a tube down through the shifter boot and into the hole and fill from the top with a funnel. The plug has a 3/8" square in it for removal just like the drain plug.
