Warrenty work today

Took my car into my dealer today for numerous TSB's to be fixed... but after speaking to the Service Department I highly doubt they are going to fix my problems... My car has been having the hesitation on accel. pretty much since 2005 and I printed all the TSB's and gave them to the department... they then told me they would have to drive it and experience it themselves still! I then told them Ford has said that any mention upon hesitation should warrent a fix because no dealer is going to drive a car for any long period of time to make it reproduce the hesitation... I also asked them about the fuel tank and they said they will have to reproduce the problem... My luck the fuel will fill up fine then... My cd player has been acting up bad and they said I will be without a radio for 2 weeks while they send it in? Man not a good day... i am coming up on 36,000 miles so I have to get these problems fixed before my warrenty runs out for sure!

Well just went and picked my car up from my dealership and man am I relieved! They ordered everything I needed Fuel Pump, New gas tank, the new door handles because mine are messed up and a new radio because of my bad disk problem... No questions asked about my intake or my tune and I told them streight up about it when I took it in today... big props for Watson Quality Ford in Jackson, MS!

Glad it worked out for you. I've got to get my door handle fixed - hate to take it in though.

The Ford parts for my car came in a day earlier than expected... I was waiting at the dealership at 7 am to drop off my car before I had surgery that same day... by the time I was out of surgery my car was fixed and ready to go... everything fixed without the slightest hassle!
