Like many others, I searched high and low for a diagram for the Delphi PA66 connector near the SJB on the front passenger side. After many hours of looking through each electrical diagram associated with the S197, found almost all of the pin out functions.
So, this connector is a Multi Junction Connector, meaning it’s a connection point for adjacent components and modules (ex. PCM>C210>Ignition Switch). It functions as a central location to loop/splice wires.
I was having all sorts of finicky electrical issues and noticed my C210 was corroded at the pinouts (some were even burned)!! I also believe it’s the culprit for my U1900-20 code. This code could cause a barrage of issues and will have you throwing money at parts, like me.
I named all these pins based on the wire’s function within its respective module. I hope this helps someone
