I wonder if anyone has had this problem. When I start the car, and sometimes with the initial shift into second, I hear a rattling type of noise. It sounds like something is loose but I can't tell where it is coming from, somewhere under the car. Once the car is warmed up it goes away. I brought my car in yesterday for the CD problem and popping noise, but, of course, the car made no noise like I described. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I'm assuming you have a manual transmission.
It sounds like the missing bolts in the transmission bell housing. Ford didn't put in two of the bolts, so the housing rattles against metal, causing the vibrating sound that you're hearing.
There is another thread with pictures of the bolt holes, which you can show your dealer and have them put them in. Do a search for "bell housing" and you should find it.
