Motorcraft Friction Modifier XL3 - general availability?

I know you can get this at a Dealership.....
(to fix the rear end groan TSB)

Is it available off the shelf through an Autozone or Discount Auto type place?.....

If its the same friction modifier we use in SN95's, then its only available at Ford Dealers. Like 94tbird said, its cheap and they usually have it in stock since its used in the service bays. Just dont spill it cause that crap smells!
