Hello RJFrias,

Welcome to the forum! My name is Deysha with Ford Service. You should speak with the service manager at your Ford Dealer. He is in the best position to ensure a proper diagnosis, and will be able to provide available options and/or coverage for any work needed. Also, remember repairs done at a Ford Dealer come with a 24 months/unlimited miles warranty.

You can schedule an appointment online here.

Deysha

Why bother replying if you will not give an answer? All you are doing is trying to sell a service. People come here to try and get do it yourself solutions, not to be solicited for costly ripoff dealer repairs.

If you're referring to Deysha she is OUR direct Ford contact rep and has helped many people here solve problems on TMS! She was simply trying to help the OP! :-)

Why are YOU replying if you have nothing useful to add to the conversation?

At least Deysha is offering help in some way.

ETA - AND why are you resurrecting this thread a YEAR after it was started to just add in your nonsense?

just stumbled on this- yeah drg3824, need to look before you leap- Deysha and the social media Ford Customer Service reps aren't peddling anything, and are your best bet if you have any concerns with your car/dealer concerns - they can assist in escalating priority resolution as if you were getting assistance from a regional manager or something- a 'friend at the factory' so to speak, and she has helped a ton of folks remain 'ford guys and gals' by assisting in working thru problems... one of the best ideas Ford ever put into place - please be nice
