Ford tech advice needed re. HVAC

Still concerned over the heaters excessive air flow from defroster while in floor mode, I decided to troubleshoot the 3 door actuators to see if the proper resistance readings are there. Here's my problem. When following the service manuals test procedures the actuators feedback potentiometer total resistance is supposed to be 5000 to 6000 ohms per actuator. I'm getting readings of 9940 ohms, 10890 ohms and 10640 ohms respectively. The manual says if 6000 ohms is exceeded during test first check the Vref and Grnd harness wires for high resistance, which I did and they're all reading 0.00 ohms. The manual now says to replace the door actuator. Could all these 3 actuators be defective which will be sending extreme high readings to the control module and that may be whats causing my heat problem? Or is the manual misprinted and their readings are all wrong?

Now, when using my readings, when I test for HI/LOW feedback resistance, the numbers are all too high. Manual wants 250-5500 ohms to be good. I'm getting roughly 3500 to 8500 which is again out of range for a good unit.

Any comments Tech's?

Went to Ford today to verify manual's resistance specs. Ford says manual was updated giving around 11000 ohms as total reading. So now all 3 actuators fall into the "good" catagory.

I believe these cars are supposed to still have some air flow out the defroster while in floor mode, it appears that Ford did that so that the windshield won't fog up. I can still feel a little air flow out of my defroster vent in the floor position, as far as I know, it is normal operation.
