Fog Lights Turning On/off
 

TONIGHT I NOTICED MY FOG LIGHTS/TAIL LIGHTS TURNED ON/OFF ABOUT 5 TIMES IN ABOUT A 1.5 HOUR TIME FRAME.

Anyone else ever had this happen? I turned the car on and then off, cycles the light switch and havent noticed it happen again.

I'm not sure I understand this. Are you saying that the car was off and the lights came on and off by themselves 5 times over a 1.5hr period? WTF?

Yup. The car was off. I was working and just happened to drive by my car, and noticed the lights were on.

When I opened the door, I noticed the green LED for the fog lights, was actually on. I cycled the switch, and it stopped happening.

Sounds like a problem with the SJB (Smart Junction Box). It controls the lights and pretty much everything related to the car minus engine controls.
