2005 Ford Mustang 4.6L
 

I have a 2005 Mustang 4.6L manual trans. I recent changed my fuel injector orings and all the pigtails on my Fuel Injectors and COPS. Now my exhaust is popping during shifts and I have 7 CEL codes

P0171 - System to lean bank 1
P2195 - Stuck lean bank 1 sensor 1
P2196 - Stuck rich bank 1 sensor 1
P2197 - Stuck lean bank 2 sensor 1
P2198 - Stuck rich bank 2 sensor 1

i am a little lost on these codes. Just changed all my spark plugs with motorcraft plugs and I currently have MSD COPS on.

From What You Say and if it Was Running Ok Before You Have Some Wires Crossed When Replacing Pigtails Or They are Crossed To Wrong Injectors.

that’s what is confusing to me cause I did them 1 by 1 not sure I could have crossed them. And the wires are all the same colors basically to the injectors and ignition coils
