07 gt premium water leak
 

Hello everyone, I know that this has. Even brought up before and I have been reading all of the comments on it but it just rained today and when I started to drive there was water coming out from behind my glove box. Luckily I have a garage for my car to be in since its going to rain for two days. Just seeing if the issues with the drains were what I was looking for. Than6

If you've been reading all the comments on this subject and also fully aware it's been brought up before? then perhaps you should've considered submitting your post in one of the threads which already address the same topic, rather than submit an entire new thread. Yessir, that's probably it. Just poke them both clear and that'll probably be that, most likely.

The only other way is to get a hose, put it on the top/windshield, and let it flow for a looong while and check under there to see where the leak's coming in, then address it directly. There's been a mention of the corner near the right or lower right of the windshield somewhere in that area that sometimes doesn't seal. Either the windshield itself or something odd with the trim clips... And in any and all cases, the only way to find out is to intentionally force it to leak... aka it gets the hose.

Yeah that's what I was thinking. The cowl looks like it is sitting up a little higher on the passenger side more than the driver side. I will have to take a look at it tomorrow and see if its block which it could be. There was alot of pine needles stuck on the door window seals when I bought it and that's probably what's going on now with the drains. Thanks alot for the input.

Thanks for the help, it seems that it was the drain rubbers being clogged up.

So yesterday I was driving my 07 gt in the rain for the first time since buying it this summer. Anyway I had a real bad sloshing sound coming from the driver side door/rear 1/4 panel area. I knew it couldn't have been the drains in the front since I just cleaned them out, and after some searching around I found two drains on my door. Both on the bottom and both are plastic. Pulled them out and got about a 1/2 gallon of water out of both doors. I didn't know if anyone else saw this but I was searching around last night and didn't really see anything but I also was just browsing around while before bed after getting called out to work at 1:30am ugh. Well anyway hope this helps some people if they have the same issues.
