That looks like the base version. I heard that they are going to put a Viper engine in it.

I like it. Not in the market for one, but think it's a pretty cool car.

It's gorgeous....but it's still a big heavy pig. Give me a balanced 2500lb RWD with a high reving aluminum V8, 6 speed, huge brakes and 4wheel independent suspension.

Looks like I may need to build the Fox-Z afterall.

The new Hemi is more powerful than the old one. (Both rated at 425hp, but different methods of measurement). The vintage Challenger was 3200lbs (lighter than most modern Mustangs) while the new one is likely over 4000lbs (again, lighter than the mighty GT500).

i was watching speed a couple days agao and they tested a 426 hemi from 70 something and it we for 862hp at the fly

they tested the 409 from the vette and it only made 406 fwhp

the 427 sideoiler let out 665fwhp 852ftlbs

i have no idea if the numbers are right, so dont kill me kill speed if they're wrong.

Ummm...the GT500 weighs less than 4,000lbs. 3,920 to be exact (from SVT's webpage)

Yep, big Chevys (Impala, Biscayne, Bel-Air, etc.) only. The first big block in a Vette was the 396, then the 427, then the 454.
