I was impressed with the sales pitch, but I'm not a new car buyer. Now if Ford will use the same thought process and energy in liquidating assets and updating it's product line, they can work themselves out of financial woes. kennyg

Only about 1000 dollars difference between what they are now. Its still cheaper then a Camaro or challanger. Hardtop V6 Camaros start at 25 grand.

The only reason theyre so expensive is because Ford is in such a big financial cricis. GM and Chrysler are in the same situation

Funny how Ford (and others) can spend tons of money on upcoming models and then produce several versions (how many 'Stang versions have there been since 06?) and yet they (execs) have the nerve to say they are broke....while still flying around in private jets and taking huge paychecks for themselves.

I think Skip and I are finally on a similar page....I'd buy an older Mustang and fix it up. Rather do that than giving in to the current screwed up automakers because a new model is so-called "limited" or looks cool.

Way underwhelmed....... I was expecting a more dramatic change. Looks like i'm no longer in the 2010 market.

The main difference is the back of it. Other than that theres only a few suddle differences. One of there bigger sales pitches is bringing back the 5.0 in 2011.

You are forgetting the front. Whole new thing in the front. Hood - new, grille- new, GT foglights- new, bumper - new, lights- new.

I think by the time the 5.0 comes out it will be too late.
