I wonder if the whole crew at Shelby is working on building cars for Ford and if anyone just does aftermarket modifications.
You gota wonder why they didn't also do a Shelby GT convertable at the same time. This months edition of Motor Trend states the new motor in the 08 GT will be 5.0 Liters and there will be a Shelby GT350.
Mustangs are the one bright spot in Ford's market selection of new cars.
Maybe Amy can tell us something when she checks the posts.......
Darn, I'll be glad when they get these things on the road and priced out, so we can make some decisions. I have an 07 Shelby GT ordered sight unseen and not a clue as to final pricing.
Just my thoughts.........

Does anyone know or has anyone called Shelby to see if you can take a stock 05-07 GT to Las Vegas and have them work on it?
If you look at their after market selection of parts, you could just about build your own, the only real problem I see is the Shelby Vin Plate we all would want.

The real problem is it is basically an exterior/interior upgrade with a very small hp gain, but I would really like to have one.
I also wonder what the criteria is for a VIN from Shelby, ie; how much of a modification of your car has to be done by Shelby.
