Question about GT/CS Registry

Registry asked for my VIN #, do you all feel comfortable giving that out in this day and age....just curious.

I don't publish the whole VIN just the last 6 number which are the sequence number. The only reason I ask for the VIN is to be able to have jeffvistagtcs get your build dates and if you want the certificate I need the VIN to have the dealer print the report.
