Agent 47 lower grill brake duct scoops

Who has them? How's the fit? What is involved with install, any pics (particularly of the cutting)?

Especially interested if you have the SHR lower grill honeycomb insert, like does it still stay no problem or is there something special that needs to be done?

I have them!

In a box waiting for install since last fall. I've currently got the Shelby ones on the car and don't care for those. I also have the SHR lower grille.

They look to be quality pieces, but I just haven't had a chance to install. We've moved recently and all the car tools/jacks are in storage.

I like the Shelby's actually, maybe even prefer them.. but much more expensive when adding the lights too $335ish vs the $128 of the Agent47 inserts.

BTW: Happy 13,000 post!

Well I'll be removing mine soon. I have the inserts and the lights.

The problem I had is that the heat exchanger for my supercharger is too large for me to even use the brake ducts. It's just impossible. The ducts are inboard of the center line of the inserts smack dab where the heat exchanger is.

Just finished the install a week or so ago. I do not have pictures of cutting the bumper cover, but it was not hard to do. Cut out the cardboard template provided in the kit, trace the holes, drill the 4 ¼” holes for mounting and lastly cut the scoop opening with a Dremel and bit. I do have a supercharger and I did have to cut a notch out of the Vortech water cooler assembly mounting brackets on both sides. I used a sawzall and a 24 tooth metal blade. The brake dust shields were removed from my car when I installed the Baer brakes; consequently I was able to install the duct brackets without removing the Calipers. I am happy with the quality of the kit. I did not cut or modify the SHR Lower Grille in any way. I have seen comments from one other person that they trimmed the SHR sides.
Here is a picture showing Agent 47 Scoops with a SHR Honeycomb Lower GT/CS Grille, and a picture of the duct to the brake.

I'd definitely be interested in those inserts/lights if they are still in decent condition...

Unless you have a california special front bumper then those inserts won't fit.
