08 GT/CS Modifications
 

Hey Guys & Gals,

My first modifications on the exterior of my 08. Rear Window Louvers and Eleanor's are installed. Happy Birthday to me - next week it will be the front end: Shaker Hood & Hood Pins. Yahoo!

Only difficulty was with the Eleanor's in that the inside is not painted - white is their color. So to install the screens you need to paint the inside black so as not to look weird from the interior. Kind of a pain.

Purchased the products from Mustang Muscle. Louvers took about 2 hours & the Eleanor's took about 4 hours.

I like the rear window louvers, which ones are they? Personally, I'd rock them wingless with tint, that's it.

nice additions, i thought about louvers many times.

The Louvers are:

MMD Rear Window Louvers - Smooth Aluminum (05-14 ALL)

I'm going to install UPR hood pins - black in color. I will take pics hopefully this week

,,,Nice ,, just be careful drilling that hole ,,best to take out the grille and drill up threw the bracket hole with the hood closed all the way ,,," been there ,done that " ,,just saying ,, Attachment 134585

Rick, thanks for the "heads up". Thursday I intend to cut the Shaker Hook and following that install the hood pins! Yahoo! As the great American Philosophical Film "Top Gun" says,

"Gutzy-ist move I ever saw Maverick"
