Quarter Window Louvers

Just wanted everyone opinion on the quarter window louver. I had to take mine off yesterday, because some of the 3m adhesive was pulling away. Upon removing them I noticed alot of dirt, and debris behind the louver, which obviously you can't get too, in turn that builds up over time and can lead to more headaches down the road. In short suggestions? Should I put then back on, or leave then off for that clean sleek look?

Oh and also, anyone that does have these louvers as well, the dirt and debris issue...what do you guys do to ensure its clean behind the Louvre?

Same louvers

I have the same issue. The front of the louvers still sticking but back flaps when on freeway. Was told Nya body man friend that the after/factory tape that you order never stick like factory tape. He has had to orde new louvers to be satisfied long term. If tape is secure dirt build up is minimal.

Louvers & scoops of various design show up on " most " Mustangs.
I took the path less traveled.

one of the other benefits of Silverhorse Racings louvers... easy to clean :) as they are installed with the same windoweld adhesive the factory put glass in with, no worries of them letting go either(long as adhesion promoter is used like instructions say..) mine ave been in about 7 yrs now...
I saw one mustang at a show where the top corner of a taped on louver had visibly scuffed into the paint from fluttering- the gap looks pretty close, so if tape lets loose even a little, it looks like it could flutter against the body...
