As for the Corvette ZR-1 - I am a huge fan so I hate to admit it, but you are right - why a plastic window just to look at another plastic cover?

wow, I didn't realize all of the cool kids had so much to say. I'm always super impressed how sarcastic everyone can be behind the keyboard. I understand having an opinion, I just think that if you want to take a belittling tone, it should be man to man. Are we a man short??? BY THE WAY... Isn't there already a glass roof??? Rice as hell!?!?
The roush looked great, better than I was expecting. If I was convinced I could do it as well, I might consider it.

I like you already, Eric
I say do it...some of the stuff I see winning at shows, it's all the same. Flames, shiny stuff, etc etc. At least this shows innovation, willingness to try something different, and last but certainly not least - huge ***** for cutting a hole in your hood!

Hey, we've seen Chip Foose cut into freshly painted hoods many times on Overhaulin' with limited time and ***** the size of Obama's ego. I am sure it would turn out well. If not, some aftermarket company will no doubt make one soon.
