My 2012 was built on 4/15 and was wondering if anyone knows when Ford paints the bodies compared to completing the build. Just trying to figure how long my paint has cured....

The entire process is under 3 days. Figure 2 days before that. The pre painted parts like mirror covers and spoilers (that Roush makes)... Who knows.

Not sure what that is about but I'm guessing the op wants to wait the recommended 30 days (if I remember correctly) before he waxes the car.
I honestly don't think it would matter if you wax your car after you get it just be sure to get all the wax back off.

The paint is baked on the body before the rest of the car comes together. You can wax it immediately upon delivery.

Clay bar, cleaner polish, wax. :-) You'd be amazed how much clay gets out of the paint just from shipping...
