What is the official hub bore size for 11+ mustangs?

Everywhere I've read I see 70.5, and even a few 70.4 and down. I purchased 70.5 plastic hub rings and although they fit it's a super tight squeeze, I did try a 70.6 and it fits smoothly yet snug over the hub. My question is are there different hub bore sizes depending on package? For example my car is bremboed and the hub bore seems to be 70.6, etc.

I thought they would all have the same size hub too. I did search the specs and 70.5 was the most consistent number I saw along with 70.6. The 70.5 hub ring although it fit was too tight. The 70.6 fit perfectly. I'm just trying to figure out if they're all 70.6 and if not is it based on package or build dates.
