Water Damage Electrical Problems

So two weeks ago I ran into a ditch filled with water and just replaced my radiator and condensor. The flooring was soaked with about 2-3 inches of water from front to back. My interior lights take about 10 minutes to actually turn off and my trunk button inside the car doesn't work along with both door auto locks. Any ideas? The locks work on the remote just not inside car. Thanns
