Track Package Standard on 2014 GT Premium?

It's showing it as "Standard" on Ford's site...

Typo? The Builder thingy says its a $2,495 option.

Yes it's a typo. The track pack is not standard. Deysha addressed it in another thread, think it was the 2014 order built delivered thread.

 

Track Apps are standard on 2013 & 2014 Mustang GT Premiums. Seems like lots of people confuse Track Apps with the GT Track Package.

No the OP was actually correct in his question. On the Ford website under the Mustang section if you go to either models or pricing then to GT Premium then to the Packages tab you'll see it listed as Standard instead of Optional like all the other packages.

It's not just consumers that are confused by the GT Track Package & Track Apps; obviously there are some non-car guys working on Ford's websites!!!

 

Yeah for sure, when I was looking for my track pack 13' I had a couple dealers not even know what it was, had to show them the "build a mustang" on my phone.

 

I had to show them the VIN for the car I wanted at a another dealership because apparently they still thought I had to buy the Boss or the Shelby to get the Recaro seats. They were a little embarrassed.
