Cool. You must have been breathing really hard from the looks of the frosted windows...

How is the low end torque and throttle response compared to the 4.6? This makes waiting that much harder.

I presume what you meant is you didn't want to trade because of the financial aspect, as opposed to "it's not THAT cool" of a seat-of-a-pants feel.

Correct?

was it a ford rep there with the car, tell me you gave them some %$@# for not having the 5.0 ready for the 2010 car. i plan to do that at every autoshow i go to. maybe they will give me a coupon for a 2011 haha.

it sounds awesome, kudos on the first drive....

I called the dealer (since I am 15 miles away) but they said the car is already gone. It was brought down by Ford for the Gator Nationals racing event.

According the salesperson I spoke with, they will be getting some 11s in a few weeks. Fingers crossed.

Can you go into detail about what it was like? This is the first we have heard of this car!

That's good to hear that you weren't disappointed though I doubt you could be with extra the torque and hp. Please give us anymore details you might remember. BTW, thanks for the account of your experience that you have already posted

Auto or manual? If manual, did you notice if it had 1/4 skip-shift or not? If so, any thoughts on that?

It was a manual and it wasn't my gas. He said drive it and I did. There were no burnouts but the tires chirped a few times.

Or in other words, I have no input on the skip shift.
