Nice! Looks good!

dcottrell61 8/2/13 06:01 AM

Awesome, just shows that you're never too old!

Glenn 8/2/13 06:19 AM

Nice but Dad shouldn't have a slower car than his son

tbone004 8/2/13 06:38 AM

Nice. Tried to talk my dad into a Mustang, but my mom wouldn't go for it.

I go by Glenn's rule, I always make sure my Mustang is faster then the kids. :)

Did you help entice him to get the mustang? My dad has had an Avalon for like 15 years (various ones) and I am trying to convince him to get a V6 mustang when he retires to North Carolina soon. Hoping he will love my GT when he sees it in a couple weeks...

Darned right! I was within three months of my 73rd birthday when I ordered mine. Just one more thing to help me stay young.

Dang... Nice. Your set of 8 rims prolly cost more than some folks' cars lol. Aren't those 1.5k each?

Also nice lowered stance on each of yours...

That is great!

DarrenGT 8/10/13 02:33 PM

I showed pictures of mine to my dad this spring and he liked the look of it. He's been a sebring convertible owner for years but switched to the stang this summer. He totally surprised me.

Now we just gotta sell his 2001 BMW 540i to someone.....
