hypothetical question...if some idiot rearends a car with tinted taillamps, could they possibly turn the tables and blame the tinted owner? I kinda like the smoked tails, but often wondered about the possible legal weaseling that could come along with it...just wonder if theres a minimum 'footcandle' brightness/reflectivity/etc standard or not...

but if they tried i would take them to court and then prove to the judge that my mustang has LED lights that do NOT effect break lights showing when i press the break.

First, I am "old", really old, and I like it. A little dark for me, but that is a matter of personal taste. The good thing about these cars is the amount of after market products we have access to. It really doen't matter what other people think as long as you are happy with the results.
With that said, I like the Blackout Panel. The trunk lid is my one sore spot with this car. It looks like it was damaged in transit the way the side ends stick out from the body. You see the rubber seals with it closed. The guy who designed it was obviously working for GM

Personally I like the Panel. It's different and different is good.
As for the taillights, I dont like. Too dark for my taste. Plus if you do get rear ended, you will most likely be found liable as you have altered your brake lights. Does not matter what state you live in, any halfway decent attorney can argue that you compromised the safety of yourself and others. And insurance companies have good attorneys.......

Hmmm. At first glance I was going with a "no". But after a few more glances, I kinda like it. It's definitely unique. And smooth. It seems to flow better in an odd sort of way. Cool.
