It's brown, but I like it.......
.......well, I don't like the front spoiler, but the rest of it is
If fact, the more I look at it, the more I like it. Earth colours are 'sposed to be making a comeback, so perhaps we can expect something like this on the '15+

This 2013 Ford Mustang on display in the Energy Suspension booth at SEMA immediately caught our eye. After all, it’s not every day you see a brown Mustang. Owner Joey Redmond tells us the color is actually a Gold Bronze from BASF, also available as an option on the 2013 Ford F-250. Combined with the RTR body kit, graphics and 19-inch wheels, it’s one of the coolest looking 2013 Mustangs we’ve ever seen.
In addition to the exterior changes Redmond has done some significant upgrades to his Mustang RTR (serial #007 for 2013) as well. A Paxton supercharger system is under the hood (the first in a 2013 Mustang), and the standard MT-82 6-speed transmission has been swapped out for a Tremec T-56 Magnum unit fitted with an ACT clutch and flywheel. The car also features a Steeda suspension system, plenty of Energy Suspension bushings and a custom interior with double-stitched seats and door panels.
Redmond tell us that he’s previously only owned Hondas and Nissans, but he’s officially converted to American Muscle. “It’s my first American car and I’m loving every minute of it,” he tells us.
Joey Redmond’s 2013 Ford Mustang RTR:
Powertrain:
Paxton supercharger system

ACT XACT flywheel
Energy Suspension shifter bushing
Chassis:
Energy Suspension control arm bushings
Energy Suspension upper trailing arm bushings
Steeda adjustable coilover suspension system
Steeda front/rear sway bars
Steeda panhard bar
Wilwood big brake kit
Wheels & Tires:
RTR wheels, 19×9.5 front and rear
Continental Extreme Sport tires (255/40/19 front, 275/40/19 rear)
Exterior:
BASF Gold Bronze paint (2013 Ford F-250 paint color)
RTR body kit (front valence, side skirts, rear bumper, rear spoiler, rear splitter)
RTR graphics
Interior:
Custom double-stitched seats and door panels

"It's Brown, But I Like It"........I'm with you TwinTurbo.
Very very classy in an understated kind of way. Kind of like one of those colors that let's the owner speak for himself to make the impact on other people and not the car, but you know darn well that the car is truly a serious piece of equipment and is all business.
The more I think about it.......it truly reminds me of some of the browns that Aston Martin used on their Vantage cars back in the day.
Thanks for posting that TwinTurbo.------Bill

Love that color on it. I've been saying for awhile I'd like to see more colors like that in the line up.

I love it, just thinking about it with the Harvest Gold stripes like Ray has laid on it https://themustangsource.com/f657/po...7/#post6390902 is drop dead sexy.
Its a BAMF. I'd buy it for sure.

IMO the non-body-color parts should be body color, and the stripes another color; looks too busy and aftermarket-frenzy to me as it is *if it's a street car*. OTOH, it reminds me of modded-up 70s cars which may have been the main idea (after all, we had such fabulous cars for most of the 70s who wouldn't want to re-create their style?? ). I do like the color though, doesn't look "very" brown to me (not compared to my "proper brown" '71 GTO lol). More like half-way to the 72 Celica I once had, but that was more coppery-brown, this bronze-brown is good too.
