Idle lope question?

About to get my car tuned and i was wondering about the idle lope tunes. Will this foul out your plugs if you idle for extended periods of time? Just wondering what happens if you get caught in stop and go traffic lol. Anyone know?

You will have to delete the cats if you don't want problems in the future.

I personally don't see the point; many people have issues with them from what I've seen on forums. I wouldn't risk drivability and reliability for merely a sound.
