Come on man, be a little more respectful. Deysha isn't concerned with anything but helping someone get the service they need.
Don't worry, your dealer will void your warranty if they find you're racing your car.

^^I agree from what I've seen she has done nothing but help countless number of people past & present. I have not seen anyone complaining about her and she DOES work for Ford and imo deserves respect from everyone on here.

She's here to help people that can't help themselves.

I don't think it matters if SHE knows who you are. But if someone ever gives Customer Service their VIN (for order tracking or anything else) or have them interact with their dealer then Ford can easily tell what car is owned/driven by what forum ID. So it would be quite possible for Ford to review past forum posts by that ID if certain warranty issues come up.
I don't think Customer Service (Deysha) would be focused on busting anyone but their employer might and could match up screen names to specific cars using the information she records while helping people with problems.
I'm not going to say if I think any of that happens, but you just asked HOW it could.

There's more to the story.but unfortunately it won't have a happy ending. The dealership claims the milage is data logged and printed from computer.Milage isn't hand recorded but recorded thru data logging the vehicle .Am waiting for copy of said document .Anyone know if that's how it works? Anyone have there car in for service and have milage printed from ECM ,PCM ? I'll admit that would be a great reference to have in place by ford.Just not sure that's the case.
