GT500 STB and TVS Supercharger
 

After reading several reviews on AM saying it would fit, I ended up finding a new Ford Racing 07-09 Strut Tower Brace on ebay for $140. I installed it on my 12' Roush RS3 and it cleared the JLT intake and the TVS and also did allow me to close the "Powerdome" hood; however, now when the hood is closed the passenger side sits up about 1/8" higher than the fender, the driver side where the CAI is sits flush (Go Figure). I removed the hood liner and still have the same problem (although that appears to have slightly reduced the "lip". I tried adjusting all the hood bump stops as well without any luck. I cannot see anywhere that the STB was rubbing on the hood liner, or now is rubbing on the underside of the hood. Anyone else have an issue with a STB with a TVS and have any recommendations. I guess I need to figure out something I can put on the STB that won't ruin the paint but will show me where it could be rubbing, but drawing a blank right now (peanut butter?? LOL).
