Front passenger airbag dash cover expanding in summer heat?

Front passenger airbag dash cover expanding in summer heat?
Cover literally pushes out like 1/4" after sitting in parking lot all day at work....Have asked this question before, but got no responses. Took her to dealer last summer and they said they fixed it, but it's happening all over again. Very strange. It's like the airbag itself is expanding due to high temps. Goes back to normal when things cool down. Anyone seen this before? Can't be normal.
