Did anyone purchase Ford's ESP Premium Warranty or Tire/Wheel Hazard Plan?

Just curious.

Did anyone purchase any of those special warranty plans?

Are they worth it?

I purchased the 5-year premium care plan and the TireCARE Road Hazard plan. I think I'm going to cancel the agreement on the TireCARE. I don't know why I bought it in the first place.

Just want to see whether the majority here even bothered with it.

PS. 5-year ESP was around $1,100 and $600 for the TireCARE.

Looks like $875 for 7 yrs 100k miles $200 deductible. That seems very reasonable actually.

I ordered mine from Flood and received it today. I picked up the Premium Care, 7 year, 100,000 mile with $100 deductible and first day rental car for $1180. The first day rental starts immediately, and applies to any service, which I thought was a good deal.

They by far had the best price, even better then ordering directly from Ford, go figure.

I am old, so I plan to keep this one, and the ESP pretty much takes care of anything, except the wear and tear items, oil/filter changes.

Just for grins I tried it:

We are sorry but due to Florida law, Florida Residents are not eligible for online service contracts. Please contact your local dealer.

I believe they used the 10,000 miles per year average. So 50k miles. I will just keep them.. since getting out of both will only save me ~$25 a month.

Do wish I had made this thread before agreeing, though. >:O

I got the 50k ESP then canceled it after creating a similar thread. They credited 95% of the amount back to my 0% loan. Now it'll be paid off a couple payments sooner.

Did you then go with the link others suggested or are you riding without ESP from now on?

I bought the 60mo/100k wheel/tire warranty for $625. With the BBP wheels, I felt it was worth it, especially in MI.
