Which Color to Order my 2012 In?
Ok I have been trying to decide for the past year which color to order my 2012 in and have kinda narrowed it down between Kona Blue Metallic and Red Candy Metallic with Tinted Clearcoat.
Your Votes and opinions are highly needed!!

They're both beautiful colors. If it weren't for the tinted clearcoat I would have chosen Red Candy myself. But I knew I was going to have some stuff painted and I theorized that having the tinted clearcoat would make it harder to get a good match, so I went with Kona Blue. I also wanted to get SHR louvers and they won't pre-paint in Red Candy because they can't guarantee a match.

Ya one of my concerns with red candy was that it would be difficult to match in the event of panel replacement or accessory addition.
But my concern with Kona is that since its so dark it will always look dirty and be hard to clean ie. Swirl marks and scratches like black.

Maybe its just me, but the car really looks like it is a girl's car, but also that you better be careful or it will run you off the road. I do not want to start up the whole men vs women thing, but I think that a pretty feminine looking car can also look like it is dangerously fast. Nice choices for mods. They go well together.
And, I went with Lava because it is new, and it has a nice interior. Both Candy red and Kona Blue are also really nice colors though. My mom will be getting a Red Candy. That is a tough choice.

Not to generalize, but if a guy want to write a note, he often just grabs the nearest paper. If a girl want to do write a note, she grabs the nearest paper which just happens to be the very nice looking paper that is sitting in the very neatly organized place that she keeps all her office supplies and stationary ready for when she needs it.
There certainly are a lot of guys who have very nice looking cars that are immaculately kept and well modded, but the level of orginazation of the external mods along with the red candy and just the look of the car seems a bit feminine to me. I certainly would feel at home driving it, too. It certainly is a lot less feminine than pink is. But for me it seems that while a guy that likes modding his car could possibly have that combo, a girl who mods her car certainly would not want to drive anything less coordinated than that. It goes back to the whole paper thing I wrote above. Girls for some reason seem to have a much higher minimum standard of appearance than guys do. Not that some guys are anything behind girls in that, but many guys are.

i would like to ask you what u meant by this?
"but also that you better be careful or it will run you off the road.
i am giving you benefit of the doubt but it seems like the underlying message in that comment is pretty much like of little girl couldn't possibly know how to handle a mustang with that power... that is how it came off to me...
Just to let you know I began driving a supercharged Saleen at age 17...and yes with 4.10 gears taking it to the track....
the OP asked if anyone has added red candy painted mods on their car and if they matched up... i have done that and they did match up so i posted him a picture to illustrate that... your comment on that was unnecessary and off topic...

Very sharp car Christina
It sure does look like it matches up good.
Are those strips the factory option?

Sorry if you take any offense to it, but yes it does look a little feminine to me, but not in a bad way. I also do get off topic easy, always have.
Have you ever heard that song, "These boots are made for walkin'". That is what it reminds me of.
