Shazam... All it takes is an SCT tuner and a $5 red rubber key cover

Where did you buy the red cover? I am assuming it will fit the '05-'09 keys also? I'm only asking because I have the premium red interior and this would look pretty cool. Plus with only one key for my car, the black part looks like utter garbage now. Only problem with buying a used vehicle.

I'm with you. I'm getting a red key cover too. Should go good with my interior.

Hmm. I bet you can order it from a dealership. Thanks Kona!

Sorry I also found this!

So the question is, does anyone know if the 05-09 key is the same size as the 10+ key? Cause if so, even if it has the remote buttons on it, I'd still get it just for the fact it'd match the interior pretty well.

No, the 05-09 key is smaller. The 11-12 key has the lock/unlock/trunk buttons on the key itself, where the 05-09 had those on the key fob.

I realize the buttons are on the key and that I have a key fob. I was just wondering if the black part of my key was the same length/width of the keyfob top of the '10+.

I don't have a way to compare them side by side. Oh well. It still would've been better than the plain ugly black look I have. Heh.
