For those of you who DO have the 275's, any issues with rocks/debris flinging to the sides of the car??? That would royally suck for me.
No, the 275/35/19s are not too wide. The Brembo wheels are the minimum width needed for a 275 wide tire (from most tire manufacturers).

I have 275/35/19 all around, and I haven't noticed any increase in debris flinging.

I have a question please...my 2011 GT Premium has the 19" wheel option - but NOT the Brembo wheel. So my wheels are 19x8.5, with 245/45 19, front and rear. If I keep the factory wheels (which I love), what tire size can I safely move up to for a wider patch, and lower profile?

If you get a tire with a lower profile, the gap between the tire and the wheel well will increase. It might look "under-tired" at that point. You also will throw off the speedometer because the overall diameter of the wheel and tire would be less.

I have the same wheels you do and if I were to change out for a different tire, it would be the size of the Brembo package tires, but the wheel width appears to be the limiting factor here (8.5in v 9in).

New Continental Extreme Contact DW 255/40 19 tires on my nickel wheels (2011 Mustang GT Premium). I thought the new size might have some negative issues (sidewall bulge, look small in wheel-well, vibration, speedometer, etc.). I'm happy to report that I have NONE of these issues. The tires look amazing on the nickel wheels (19 x 8.5), the steering response is quicker, and the feel is great. I'm very happy with my upgrade. Ford Country in Henderson Nevada was awesome, they price-matched the tires (Tire Rack), no shipping, mount & balance, and they recalibrated my speedometer and TPMS. Total price out the door was $1150. I highly recommend this tire size upgrade to anyone with nickel wheels (obviously not for cold and snow). And to be extra nice, Ford slapped on my Shelby GT 500 axle-back mufflers for free! The car is perfect now!
