(like anything is more important than that)
But I think with all the crap going on, I think my wife like finally got why I have always been into cars so much. It's because we get to take a blank canvas, and make something out of it. Art, expression, and beauty. The best part is that we get to drive it.
I've had many different cars over the years, but they were always popular/sporty cool cars. '66 Impala, three third-generation f-bodies, GTO, and now the Mustang. They all have something special to them, but of them all the Mustang has it, but so much more.
I don't want to rain on your awesome thread, but cars like the one you purchased are totally a representative of what Mustang means to some people.

Wow... Is it just me who finds this ironic, with what he got rid of it for and now owns? Hmmmm
IMO, people shouldn't start modding their cars, if they can't afford it, or if they still owe on it. Not a good idea IMO. Patience is a virtue... Such a big waste of $$$ if you end up getting rid of it in a year or two. Sheesh.

I'm not saying I'm right... But hey, it's your money, your life. I'm just saying it's what I would do, and have done. To each his own. Each of us has a different way of spending our hard earned $$$ and a different way of planning financially.

you buy all of your cars with cash? ballin'. It's like saying I probably shouldn't repaint the walls in the house, since it's not paid off. :-P

Either way Danielle, not trying to start an argument or a debate. It's all just opinion in the end. Everyone has their own $$$, and financial plans... They can do what they please. Let's stick back to topic with the op.

I don't remember anywhere when anyone said he could not afford his car. What i read was he was buying a house and wanted a more practical car for him and his girl.
I'm one that believes if it isn't your money going to pay for it why should anyone else care?
