A before-and-after comparison. I know some will like the black better, but for me it was time for a change and I like the brushed aluminum contrast against the black.

Sweet, but are you saying that you have some Forgestar F14's for sale now?

Great choice on the new wheels....I like aluminum against black.

i think these wheels look really great. with the dish they have that classic muscle car look. they remind me of the '13 supersnake wheels…
great choice.

4 days post-detailing, but first time driving it since (the last 3-4 times I have detailed it it has been raining the very first time I've driven it afterwards and waking up to see rain again yesterday morning and knowing it would be nice the rest of the week, I got fed up and decided to take the train to work instead so today is the first time I've driven it since Friday)...had to snap a few pics on the way into work this morning:

I like the OEM/OEM+ look if you couldn't tell.

^ nice! I know not everyone agrees, but slight lowering from stock is a must. I love the SGM on the 13/14's though. Beautiful.

Now you really need some silver outlines on your stripes like mine. That would really pop with those wheels.

Ya know, I avoided SGM like the plague. Every BMW, Mercedes, and Audi I see are a similar color.

Don't get me wrong....my triple black is outstanding, although admittedly a "belly button" color as well, but after seeing yours, I've changed my tune about SGM.

Amazing detailing.

Thanks. I wasn't a mustang guy when i bought the car, just wanted a fun convertible.
There's a roll cage in her future though. And bigger breaks, and more suspension and…on and on. over time. taking my time. Lots of car shows this summer where i can show off all the beautiful carbon fiber.

Thanks, and I agree about the lowering - EVERY car should be lowered 1-2". That is in my future plans. That and tint, and that's it. 2" lowering springs are about the only visible mod on my Camaro…OEM+.

Thanks, I am so happy to have an easy color this time around. Every car I've owned prior has been black, white, or blue. For this car it was either gray, white, DIB, or Ruby Red but I decided not to go with a different color this time so it was between gray and ruby red and the gray won out. I've had four black cars, and 3 of my last 4 were black. After my last one, I decided NEVER again, lol. That said, I love a clean black car at dusk.
