Thumbs up FS: 05-07 Mustang GT - JLT Series II Cold Air Intake Kit (Gloss Black) - Brand New

This is a brand new JLT Series II Cold Air Intake (CAI) System for the 2005-2007 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L V8.

I am a retailer for JLT and purchased these intakes directly from JLT via wholesale. These intakes are brand-new!

$200 shipped.

The 2005+ Ford Mustang GT has a throttle-by-wire ECU (engine control unit) and reacts to modifications differently than previous Mustang generations reacted. Most modifications on the 2005+ Ford Mustang GT will require a tune to the ECU. The JLT intake is no exception. A tune is required before starting the engine with the JLT intake installed on your 2005+ Ford Mustang GT.

JLT joined forces with Chris Johnson @ Superchips Custom Tuning (SCT) to come up with the best-looking and best-performing cold air intake (CAI) (considering the price) on the market for the 2005+ Ford Mustang GT.

The JLT cold air intake (CAI) has 4" ABS plastic tubing to keep the intake air as cool as possible (and delay heat-soak). The JLT intake has a custom-made billet aluminum 89mm MAF (Mass AirFlow) sensor housing, as the 2005+ Mustang GTs do not have an actual MAF sensor unit like the previous Mustang generations did. Just swap in your MAF sensor and go. Don't be mislead by the other kits with larger MAF housings (such as 95mm) as their's are tougher to tune and are not needed. 89mm housings should support over 600 WHP. For example, the supercharged-from-factory 2003/2004 Ford SVT Cobras have 90mm MAF housings.

The JLT intake comes with a large, lifetime re-usable S&B Powerstack filter and also comes with provisions for the PCV hook-up on the valve cover.

Installation for the intake should only take around 15 minutes.

Average gains with the JLT intake along with a 93 octane tune are around 20-30 WHP on an average 2005+ Ford Mustang GT.

This is brand new, from JLT. There is a warranty provided by JLT and this is it:
"Warranty: JLT Performance Inc. will repair or replace any part of their product found upon our inspection to be defective in workmanship or material within 1 year from the purchase date for the original purchaser."

You have violated the For Sale Forum Guidelines:
"For Buyers:

1. No Price Flaming, if you think the price is out of line, send the poster a polite PM."

Judging by your signature, you already have a JLT CAI, so what is the purpose of you posting on my thread?

seller, this is a good price for a new JLT II. i havent seen them advertised cheaper than this on the net.

i did get mine new, and substantially cheaper, but that's because i drove to the place that was selling it and settled up cash in person.

im sure any vendor would do the same if their customer frove 45 miles to their store.
