well the 'old' mustang has been with us 13 years now- another year of abuse, now resting till the salts gone again... still the best car ive ever had, still love everything about it...
love these cars- still think these were the best looking/best bang for the buck in a new car ever available in my driving lifetime... next year might put the 18's back on to try and turn some respectable times- sliding around on marshmallow 275-50-17s is still fun, but definitely not the fastest way around... 'STP' class only ran two years, 2019 that class is gone...will probably be CAM-C next year, lots more cars there, probably should get some better cornering rubber under it at least for autocross days... love the ride of the soft/tall sidewalled 275s, but...

just thinking aloud- our 09 was built 7/30/2008, so happy 11th bday to it... still undriven at 5.3 miles.
the 06 I had to replace the AC Compressor in last week- first part failure its had, now at 96,000 miles... on wear items, one clutch, a few sets of brakes, control arms, is all its needed so far, been a great car. the wifes 07 has only needed brakes once but shes only got 25,000 on hers... all 3 of course had the hood corrosion, the 07,09 have been sealed and are holding, the 06 got a glass hood years ago. love these cars.
also, picked up a 19 3.5 f150 recently- anyone who hasnt driven a 3.5 ecoboost F150 ought to check them out- honestly it feels like a old bigblock- massive low end torque, compared to a 5.0 in same truck, no comparison- really a amazing little 6. 470 ftlb at 2500 and 370 hp at 4500- that truck RUNS...much as i hate v6 engines, ford really made a fuel sipping monster in that 3.5
