GT and mustang don't both use tungsten

I picked up a paint chip chart from Dean Sellers ford today and the GT is not listed under the Tungten chip. I don't have the chart with me, but the color was available to a few models besides the mustang. The crown vic was one, and i think the fusion was in there as well.

Just so you know... the model year paint chip guides are typically printed very early on (for all manufacturers). They are not the most accurate literature in the world. Their main purpose is to show the dealers the pretty paint colors, to help them when ordering their vehicles. Take any other info on there (for example, which paint colors apply to which vehicles/models/etc.) with a grain of salt.

Were you thinking of buying one?

lol not quite in my price range. was checking on the order status of my Tungsten Stang, due in this week. Showing up at the dealer seems to get better answers than over the phone. While I was there, I saw they had one Tungsten GT next to their Performance White GT. Yeah that's right, TWO Ford GTs, right next to eachother. This dealer has a HUGE allocation of these cars, they say they've sold about 9 since they came out. I posted a pic at the bottom of this page:

We have sold two here a 2005 Blue/white stripes and a 2006 Tungsten/silver stripes. They are awesome vehicles indeed!! Alas, the closest I will ever to get to owning one is the Polar Lights models I have!!
