I think it looks great! Do plan on buying a new hood. I think it could use one but can't of a good one off the top of my head. I like the Saleen hood but I don't know if it would be the look you are going for.

Your on the right track. Think about forced induction (SC) of some type. Some type of spoliler. I agree with knight get rid of the GT badges and just go with the Cobras. Change out the rear GT badge and up grade the brakes. The Mustang is a great platform and making it "yours" is what its all about. Good Job..

I'm sorry, but the only things "Shelby" I see here are stripes and badging.
I'm not one that gets offended by people doing proper Shelby "tributes" trying to echo a particular classic Shelby and badging them as such, but a nearly bone stock GT with '67-'68 "Shelby" logos plastered all over it just screams "poser" imho

The car is pretty sweet, but more important...YOU LIVE IN MONTE CARLO, MONACO! Man, I loved that place when I was there back in 95. That place just oozes money. There are many things on my "to do before I die" list, and one is to see the F1 race there.
I am sure your car is one of only a handfull there, too may Ferraris. (sp?)

richard, you are right...too many F430, F612, lambos and 997. There are only 5 mustangs here and people love it! i had many compliments...Ford really made a great job!
The "Real" GT 500 will be in order, but since it will not be available before 2007, I try to have fun with this one putting some "logos and stripes"...I know, it's ridicoulous to call it SHELBY, but here in Europe, people doesnt see the difference...I wouldn't do this if I lived in USA...sorry If I offended someone
