Kevin,
How much are the tips and what mods do you have to do to install, do they just fit over the stock silver pipes?

I had them on my stock pipes before adding the SLP's too.
Both set-ups looked great. You won't be disappointed. These are High Quality tips.
Just holding them in your hand, you could feel the quality and they look and feel solid.

Thanks
Here's a couple shots of mine that I bought from Kevin late last year. The tips are a quality product and really add a nice finishing touch to the back end of the car.
The stock pipe is recessed inside about 1.5 inches so you don't really see it. The end-on pic was taken before I took the tips off again and drilled out the spot weld that holds the clamps in the position that you see in the pic. With the clamp free to rotate, you can move the clamp bolt up to the top of the pipe and out of sight.

Got mine from kc too... I'm very happy with them.
Here are a couple of close-up pics. You can see the clamps on the side of the pipes if you're down at ground level, but it's not noticeable at all from any "normal" height.
As far as being able to see "pipe within pipe," no, you can't. You can't see the stock stainless pipe at all.
Also, these stick out a lot further than the stock exhaust does. IMO makes a huge difference.
kc... does this mean I get my shipping costs back?
kidding.
