Your Welcome. It was hard to post as it's very personal. But so many of the TMS family lived through it by way of this forum I felt it necessary. I had second thoughts after first posting and pulled it but since you asked I brought it back for now. I can't watch it without being deeply effected. Andrew was the center of everyone in the immediate families life and we are all forever changed by his loss. He was just so special from day one.

Has it been since August we emailed a bit. I just have no sense of time anymore. Holidays have always been hard for me my whole life but the last four have been unbelievably tough.

This December 12th marks a solid year of unemployment. Our third Birthday & Christmas without Andrew. He would have been 24 on December 23rd. January 6 of the New Year is the 3rd anniversary of his passing.

The new year brings more Challenges as about 6 months after losing my last Parts Manager gig my Health took a great dive off the deep end. I am basically disabled to the point full time employment is no longer feasable. I am hopefull this will change at some point but the reality is I think The life challenges simply took their toll on me.Having No insurance does not help trying to treat the issues.

It's tough just trying to keep the roof over our heads. Sarah is working these days and helps all she can. Terri has been disabled for many years now. I had hoped to keep our home where so many memories of Andrew are. His room is still the same as it was. It will be tough having to leave but it is likely inevitable in the near future.

Well I did not mean to go down that path in the topic but it just went that way. I got pulled into TMS today by an email of the 2015 Stang. It seems we are spoon fed the kind of Info I used to Gleen from Ford's Back Door Parts info on the new models. I think it was a bit more fun that way! Anyway I had my Fun and Run with the 05-09's . It's just as well. The torch has passed.

I am listing goodies on Ebay as my Health Allows so stop by and sign up for the newsletter as I am sure there are some 05-09 Goodies still buried that I have not listed yet. Just follow the link in my sig.

I honestly don't know if I am ready to start posting on a regular basis yet and have had so many failed starts that I will simply say I just don't know at this point. I am honored that after so much time away my TMS Member Status as Super Moderator is still intact. Honored indeed.

Being that this was Andrews topic I will close with this.

Son,

You are gone but will never be forgotton, I pray I have your strength to carry on to take care of your Mom & Sister. I think of you always & draw on your example of the life you led. If I can have just a portion of your strength we will get by & make you proud.

That made me so sad reading that kevin. Please don't lose heart. Andrew would have not want you to my friend.. Be strong for him. The sadness does not help your health situation. I am sure your Son is sad watching you sink deeper from up above as he watches you.. Turn it around!

Man It hurts just reading this. I wish I could do more, something to help....

 

It just keeps getting better. A few hours after my depressing post I got my Denial Letter for my Social Security Disability. My Dr. had sent me to a specialist as he did not do SSD. My specialist was 77 and retired after two visits. Would have been nice to know this going in. So my case had like two pieces of paper in for my claim. No wonder it was denied. 6 months of stressing waiting for the Approval and All that out of pocket down the drain as well.

Now I got to start over with a new Dr. and get in an appeal in 60 Days. After that it's a minimum of 6 Months with an absolute best case scenario. Customer service at it's finest.

I can't wait to see what Friday the 13th brings! Oh Joy!

Anyway I just needed to vent.

I wish I had the health to go back to work, I really miss it. I still get the odd call from one of the Dealers or Parts Houses to help them track down some part that's obsolete.

Hey Kevin. We're all sorry to hear of your continued misfortunes. I wish the world wasn't so cruel sometimes. I'm not sure what else to say other than we're here for you and I hate seeing a good person go through crap like this. Life just isn't fair. I hope things turn around for you buddy. Hang in there.

 

Hello,

I tried to do a simple task of Sending a Little Christmas Greeting to all my old clevparts emails and forgot to use BCC Blind Copy which is a no no! Sorry if it caused any issues. I'm sure a ton ended up in spam filters and I got a ton of undeliverable messages. My list is in the Thousands It took an email from an old contact to jog my memory about the BCC usage.

Also, I really got to try & keep a positive attitude to try & move forward. Thanks as always for you prayers & support.
