you probably could especially if you have the know how.
I'd like to see a cobra with a bigger cabin. I'm not sure I could drive one at 6'5, and that's a damned shame because I really want one! Blue with white stripes, big 'ol fat white letter Goodyears under the fenders, oh yeah

Of course you can. But do you have the time, space, and skills to get one built? If you do then do what these guys are doing. Build it and sell it for a really high price. After you've built and sold a couple, you should have been able to use just the profits to build one for yourself.

Pretty cool, a buddy of mine with a Factory Five car really liked the Superformance Cobra over the Factory Five. Specifically he thought the body was of better quality.
Speaking of Superformance, a coupla months ago I got to see the #1 Daytona Coupe. Pretty sweet car all done up in carbon fiber and with a custom chassis as I recall. I also think the owner lives in Va Beach as it was a local new car show (well really just dealers showing off new inventory).
I was the first guy to realize what it was when I started talking to him.
Neat fact about that carbon fiber body, you have to paint it with enamel otherwise the paint attacks the resin that holds the carbon fiber together.
