sweet. i really do like that orange. isnt it called Orange Flame or something like that? or was it Molten Orange...i really dont remember

StangMahn Apr 13, 2010 11:33 PM

I think it's Molten Orange

I think it looks better as it is now, the crew cab just makes it look too long

ManEHawke Apr 13, 2010 11:48 PM

There were some real ones in camo a few months back. My friend will love this, only reason he wouldn't trade to the Raptor. Now, no excuse

Ministang Apr 14, 2010 02:55 AM

I love it. A SuperCrew Raptor would make the perfect snow and tow vehicle for our family of four. Make mine black without the graphics package. I wonder what kind of trade-in I could get for our '07 Forester XT?

GT40 2 Apr 14, 2010 03:47 AM

Were's the regular cab model?:poke::jester:

StangMahn Apr 14, 2010 06:49 AM

I dont think they'll make one. Remember how exclusive this truck is supposed to be. I can't imagine the regular car sells much as is, so I doubt they'll make it in the raptor version

black_bullitt Apr 14, 2010 08:08 AM

FYI - CrewCab is what is already available. The new 4 (full) doors is the SuperCrew, affectionately nicknamed the SCrew to us in the F-150 world. :D

Regardless, I'm happy about this! For some reason, it makes more sense to me than the 4 door SRT10 Ram. Perhaps I am biased though.

Treadhead Apr 14, 2010 03:57 PM

Nice! I wonder what it will cost?

edumspeed Apr 14, 2010 05:33 PM

If they make one my dad will buy it.

The Crew Cab is not the current configuration. They are currently only producing Super Cabs.

I don't want to be disagreeable... but IMO a 4 door Raptor is like asking for a 4 door Mustang.
The Raptor pedigree is not the same as a 4 door Crummy.

for you city slickers... ;)

I think it's a cool idea. After all, trucks have been offered in various configurations throughout the years. Remember the doorless super cabs? Then Ford added one door, then for both sides. And the first short bed crew cab on the market was the Sport Track, then everyone else offered one. And now the Raptor. The most bad *** pick up truck on the market today. They have always innovated with unique ideas, so, IMO, why not keep doing it?

I'd still get the Supercab. It just looks better in Supercab form. Plus I've sat comfortably in the back seat of a Supercab Raptor with the the front seat set to where I would drive it. No complaints at all.

Personally I'd rather see it in its current for only. But with the sales numbers of Supercrews, I have no doubt they will make one for 2011. Every truck I've owned since 1991 has been some form of Supercab or crew cab. Aesthetically I think supercabs are the best looking trucks on the road. My favorite truck was my 1999 F-250 Supercab Superduty 4x4. That was a gorgeous truck.

edumspeed Apr 15, 2010 05:19 PM

Pics of said truck? :poke:

I like those too.

:agree: as much as I would love to have a supercrew f-150, i would stick to a king ranch or fx4 me personally. Raptor does look and fit the best as a super cab.
