One tough Ford

I'm told the driver had a broken nose, a few lacerations, and some misc bruises
It's an incredibly tough platform, The 2003 and newer are even tougher.

The new Chrysler RWD platform of the 300/Charger/challenger may have the same star rating but would not have done as well.

Wow!

That is crazy!! I'm sure he is glad he was driving a big car like that.

future9er24 2/11/08 05:37 PM

WOW!!!

That is amazing that the driver is in such good shape.

How do you know? Have you taken one out and hit a 1200 lbs cow doing 60...?

Knight 2/14/08 06:43 AM

this made me laugh

a 1200 lb cow doing 60-65 mph on US-1.

Man, that was one fast cow!

Ouch! I hit a 2K bull doing 50 once in a 73 Nova so I know what he's going through. Wonder how something like that Tata car would hold up against some beef.

Knight 2/14/08 12:30 PM

tata car prob can't go 50mph.

I owe my soul to a '94 Town Car. Almost lost my eye though.

Because last one around here that hit something similar head on ended up with the grille in the dashboard and driver dead.

You are welcome to test one yourself. :jester:

Sometimes, from reading your posts, it seems as though you already have.
