I do not know. Unfortunately, the dealer in question is a good distance away from my house, so I can't just pop over there to check.

Years ago...
The first Ford Focus that came to our dealership had one of those stickers.
They told everyone that it was not for sale yet.
I went ahead and sold it anyway.
My manager said,"Oh heck, sure, sell it as long as I know what we paid for it".
