0-60 would be GT mustang by a car or two. Stock St's have a sloppy wheel hop issue(TSB rear mount). My car would be has a upgraded rear mount and way more power then a stock St. It would be a close race. A few ST's I know are making mid three hundred WHP and over 400 TQ.
the fast ST's are running low 13's in to the very high 12's.
rolling starts are great for the ST and the small K03 turbo they are running. Its a small snail and spools very fast. This makes it great on the track and around town. Just like the old school 4.6 mustang motor the St 2.0EB makes tons of TQ down low(2500 rpm).

No way. I was following one the other day. We started to race he wanted to pull away from me I played his game not only did I pass him after about 4 seconds he was no ware to be found. St's are slower than you think. Front drive great fort he snow not much else.

The ST is at home in the corners on a track. I do not know anyone who thinks its in anyway a straight line car. It really is a apple and oranges comparison. It a is quick car, But in no way a Fast car. It will walk all over a V6 mustang in a straight line and is will stay close to a GT. The difference between a stock ST and a tuned ST is almost the difference between a GT and a V6 mustang.

Last month a new EB Escape tried to show his stuff. So I played his game... went around easy and then he tried so hard to get along side me. Just kept edging ahead, then let him get closer, then edge ahead, then let him get closer, and finally left him. It did better than most, but it was still like a cat playing with a mouse.
