Here is what I would do:
EB V6 Ford version: 350hp
EB V6 Lincoln HO Version: 400HP. This could easily be achieved through ECU tuning and increased boost. Lincoln owners pay a premium so they shouldn't get the exact engine that's in a Ford.

I disagree, the Ford version will be available in a fairly limited model (be it SHO/SVT/ST) in the Taurus, in the MKS it's supposedly intended to be a large chunk of their volume. There's no shame in Linc using a limited-edition Ford engine as their normal mill.

Give Lincoln something different than the run of the mill Ford. Nissan does this with their VQ engines. The Infiniti model of the engine has a bit more power.
